IIT Guwahati Students Awarded the Rupa Rahul Bajaj Scholarship for Women in Engineering

Thirteen students at the Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati have been selected as recipients of the (RRBSWE).

Rupa Rahul Bajaj Scholarship for Women in Engineering (RRBSWE) is a flagship CSR programme of Bajaj Auto Ltd, and supports the Institute's commitment to supporting inclusive spaces within technology, manufacturing, and engineering. 

The scholarship aims to nurture the next generation of leaders in technical and industrial sectors by providing a merit-driven platform for high-achieving women.

What is the RRBSWE scholarship?

The Rupa Rahul Bajaj Scholarship for Women in Engineering is a platform created to empower meritorious women pursuing engineering education. The scholarship is designed to lower barriers for women in technical fields and encourage them to take up pivotal roles

in manufacturing and allied sectors.

Who is eligible?

The scholarship is exclusively available to women students enrolled in engineering disciplines. Selection is merit-driven, identifying candidates who demonstrate exceptional academic performance, a strong aptitude for innovation, and the potential to lead in manufacturing and technology-driven industries.
