Retirement

The following staff members retired from IIT Guwahati on March 31, 2026.

Mr. T Tongkholun Haokip, Joint Registrar (Senior Scale) in the Establishment section, retired after nearly 20 years having joined the Institute on April 21, 2006.

Mr. Chandan Kumar Das, Assistant Librarian at the Lakshminath Bezbaroa Central Library, retired after more than 27 years of service following his appointment on March 23, 1999.

Mr. Raju Singha, Superintendent in the Store and Purchase section, retired after over 26 years of service at IIT Guwahati, having joined on January 3, 2000.
